• Fresh pineapple, grapes, strawberries, cantaloupe and honeydew with dip (fat free sour cream, honey and gran marnier)

• Vegetarian whole wheat wraps with feta cheese, lettuce, tomato and cucumber

• 3 sandwiches each of low fat tuna salad, low fat pecan chicken salad apple smoked sliced turkey on toasted whole wheat bread with lettuce and tomato; served in quarters
